Reminder preview settings

You may save weekly-summary, important-change and deadline preferences in your account. The current preview uses your saved shortlist and optional research preferences to show relevant reviewed changes. These settings are not consent to receive email: reminder delivery is inactive, and we will request a separate opt-in before enabling it. You can turn all preview options off in My reminders.

Account emails

Resend delivers account-verification and password-recovery messages to your account email. The provider processes the recipient address and message contents for delivery. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and verification links after one hour. These account-security messages are separate from optional job alerts; job-alert delivery remains inactive.

Information used by the service

Accounts store an email address, display name, password hash and session records. If you complete the optional eligibility profile, we store the degree, major, graduation year, target roles and sponsorship needs you submit. Saved jobs and free research selections are linked to the account.

Checkout records contain the chosen plan, server-set price, policy version and confirmation time. Membership status, period dates and payment-provider references are used to grant access and reconcile payments. This application does not collect card numbers or card security codes; hosted checkout handles payment information.

Cookies, local storage and usage records

Session cookies keep you signed in. Some opportunity bookmarks use browser local storage and do not sync between devices; account-saved jobs and research selections are stored on the server. Usage events record actions such as viewing a company, saving an opportunity or following an application link. Hosting providers may also process security and request logs.

We do not use your profile to promise employment or immigration outcomes. Do not include passports, immigration documents, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in source-correction messages.

Service providers and external links

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and Neon for the application database. Public Beta subscriptions are not open. Waffo Pancake is used for separate sandbox checkout testing; if live checkout is enabled later, the checkout notice will identify the information shared with the payment provider. Official application sites and externally hosted logo assets receive their own network requests when you open or load them and follow their own privacy practices.

The final production provider list, storage regions, retention schedule and any required cross-border data arrangements must be confirmed before paid launch. We have not represented this draft as a completed review of those requirements.

Access, corrections and account requests

You can review your profile, saved jobs and subscription in your account. For account data or deletion requests, use the support contact once configured. Deletion is not a self-service feature yet; it must be handled by the operator with identity verification and any required record retention. The final support contact and retention rules will be published before real charges.

Security

Passwords are stored as hashes and account access uses authenticated server sessions. Payment callbacks are verified and reconciled against provider state. Never send passwords or payment-card details to support.
