Evidence, scope and uncertainty

Current published coverage

  • 113 company directory entries.
  • 265 program / opportunity research records; entries may be drafts, historical or unconfirmed. This count is not a count of currently open sponsored jobs.
  • 61 company reviews in the English edition published October 11, 2026, with source snapshots dated October 7–11. Screening baseline: 2026-10-07. Government archive: 2026-09-19. FY2026 data through 2026-06-30.

These are overlapping collections with different purposes. A directory entry does not automatically qualify as a reviewed, currently open opportunity. Evidence depth varies: a full company dossier and a limited screening record are not equivalent. A new preparation guide does not establish a new vacancy.

Historical government evidence

USCIS new-employment H-1B approvals are historical petition approvals under the published fiscal-year definition. They are not a count of undergraduate or master’s international students hired, unique job openings, lottery selections or future guaranteed sponsorship.

DOL Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) provide employer, occupation, worksite and wage evidence. A certified LCA is not an approved H-1B petition, a job offer or proof that a specific current internship is eligible. Legal employer names and parent-company brands may differ, so employer mappings and limitations remain part of each review.

A completed fiscal year and a partial FY2026 period are labeled separately and should not be compared as equal full-year totals.

Specific jobs and student eligibility

We review official career pages, job descriptions and published employer policies for U.S. location, level, degree and graduation requirements, experience, current work authorization, future sponsorship language, deadlines and application links. A current position is evaluated on its own evidence. Unknown wording stays unknown.

Senior-only, PhD / MBA-only or explicitly unsupported samples are marked as restricted or unsuitable for the target audience. This does not imply the entire employer rejects international candidates. CPT / OPT eligibility and a future employer’s H-1B support are separate questions.

Company screening categories

  • A · Explicit policy lead (2): A dated opportunity and an explicit visa-support policy were found. Future full-time H-1B conditions still need confirmation.
  • B · Conditional support lead (2): Support evidence is conditional. Confirm the team, posting and candidate-specific requirements.
  • C · Not yet confirmed (31): Current support, a specific U.S. target role or eligibility evidence is incomplete. This does not mean the employer rejects international students.
  • D · Reviewed sample not suitable (18): The reviewed posting excludes sponsorship or does not match the target qualifications. This finding does not apply to the whole company.
  • E · Archived or restricted (8): Historical, closed, degree-restricted or otherwise limited evidence. Not presented as a verified current opening.

Categories describe checked evidence and its limitations. They are not sponsorship guarantees, success probabilities or ratings of a whole company’s willingness to hire you.

Updates and corrections

Each review keeps official links, a source-check date and uncertainty notes. The October baseline is not a claim that every source was rechecked on the edition’s publication date. Monthly editions distinguish new reviews, revised evidence, confirmed closures and unresolved checks. Missing dates and inaccessible pages are disclosed.
