Payment or account issue
Review your subscription status first. For a missing confirmation, provide your account email, checkout reference, plan and approximate payment time once the support contact is available. Never send your password, full card number or security code. Avoid a second payment while the first is awaiting confirmation.
Source correction
Provide the page URL, official source URL, the statement you think needs correction and the date you checked it. We distinguish inaccessible pages, closed roles and unclear sponsorship language; a changed job sample does not automatically apply to every role at an employer.
